This notice explains, in plain language, what we store when you use Animai Tech, why we store it, and how to ask us to show or delete it.
What we store
- Your account: email address, name and country.
- Your submissions: the photographs you upload, the ideas and annotations you write for them, and the review decisions and reasons attached to them.
- Job applications: if you apply for a role, the details you give in the application and your resume.
- Payout details: the wallet address and network you choose for payments.
Why we store it
To run the platform: to sign you in, to give you a member ID on each project you join, to have a person review your submissions and tell you the outcome, to consider applications, and to pay you for accepted work.
Accepted submissions are used to build AI evaluation datasets, as described in the terms.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We never ask you for payment or for a wallet seed phrase. Anyone who does is not us.
Who sees what
Reviewers on a project see the submissions made to it. Accepted submissions become part of datasets used for AI evaluation. Your payout address is used only to pay you.
Access and deletion
To see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, write to support@animaitech.com from the email address on your account.
